MOHRE power of attorney in the UAE
This power of attorney is prepared to grant defined authority for transactions involving the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, subject to the type of transaction and the requirements of the relevant service. We prepare the POA and coordinate its notarization route.
Powers in the power of attorney
Some Ministry services are tied to an authorised signatory or specific identity-verification requirements, so the authority is drafted around the intended transaction.
Where the transaction requires a settlement or an acknowledgement on the principal’s behalf, this authority must be stated expressly (Article 870 of the Civil Transactions Law).
What we need to prepare the power of attorney
- For an establishment: the trade licence, the legal representative’s Emirates ID or passport, and the document establishing his authority to sign for the establishment.
- For an individual: Emirates ID or passport.
- Agent’s full name, nationality, and Emirates ID or passport number.
- The Ministry transactions the agent will complete.
Notarization
We coordinate the appropriate notarization route through Dubai Courts or the relevant federal channel, depending on the POA and the principal’s details.
- At Dubai Courts, remote notarization requires a valid Emirates ID.
- If the party holds a passport only, without an Emirates ID, Dubai Courts requires personal attendance before the notary public.
Steps
- Send the documents over WhatsApp or email.
- We prepare the power of attorney in the appropriate format for notarization based on the transaction details.
- You review and approve the draft.
- The principal completes the required notarization or signing step through the applicable channel.
